Section I

1.1 WHEREAS Senate motion US13/14-19 "Open Committee Meetings" was approved by the Senate on April 23rd, 2014;

Section II

2.1 BE IT HEREBY MOVED that existing Section 2.2c of US13/14-19 be changed:

FROM

"c) Meetings at which a person called to give testimony requests that his or her identity be confidential, in which case the meeting can be closed for the period necessary to protect the identity of the person; and”

TO 

c) Meetings at which a student called to give testimony requests that his or her identity be confidential or meetings at which testimony taken in accord with such a request is discussed, in which case the meeting can be closed for the period necessary to protect the identity of the student; and
