Section I

1.1 WHEREAS, Policy Number 09.00.04, concerning financial conflict of interest in research, was approved by the UO Senate on 11/7/12; and

1.2 WHEREAS, Policy Number 09.00.04 was approved by President Michael Gottfredson on 12/10/2012; and

1.3 WHEREAS, the language of Policy Number 09.00.04 is consistent with the University’s new administrative structure;

Section II

2.1 BE IT HEREBY MOVED that the Senate sees no need for change to Policy Number 09.00.04 (also known as Bonine # 774) and therefore it is hereby reaffirmed, without the need for further action or Presidential signature.
