1.1 WHEREAS, Policy Number 09.00.03, concerning the use of University resources for the conduct of classified research, was approved by the UO Senate on 5/9/2012; and



1.2 WHEREAS, Policy Number 09.00.03 was approved by Interim President Robert Berdahl on 6/14/2012; and



1.3 WHEREAS, the language of Policy Number 09.00.03 is consistent with the University’s new administrative structure;

2.1 BE IT HEREBY MOVED that the Senate sees no need for change to Policy Number 09.00.03 (also known as Bonine # 773) and therefore it is hereby reaffirmed, without the need for further action or Presidential signature.
