Section I

1.1 WHEREAS, Policy Number 09.00.07, concerning proprietary research, was approved by the UO Senate on 05/09/12; and

1.2 WHEREAS, Policy Number 09.00.07 was approved by President Robert Berdahl on 06/14//2012; and

1.3 WHEREAS, the language of Policy Number 09.00.07 is consistent with the University’s new administrative structure;

Section II

2.1 BE IT HEREBY MOVED that the Senate sees no need for change to Policy Number 09.00.07, and therefore it is hereby reaffirmed, without the need for further action or Presidential signature.
