Section I

1.1 WHEREAS, University President Michael Schill, after due consultation with various campus stakeholders enacted an emergency policy entitled "Confidentiality of Student Health Care and Survivors' Services Information" (Policy Number III.05.02) on 10/01/15; and

1.2 WHEREAS said policy is due to expire on 04/06/16;

2.1 BE IT HEREBY MOVED that the Senate appoves the policy on Confidentiality on Student Health Care and Survivors' Services Information appended below as permanent policy.
