Section I

1.1 WHEREAS, the University Senate approved a motion to revise policy IV.02.01 "Code of Ethics" on 01/27/16; and

1.2 WHEREAS, the University President, in compliance with Section with 7.2.2 of the University Constitution, has responded to the Senate with the following suggested reasonable changes to said motion;

2.1 BE IT HEREBY MOVED that policy IV.02.01, "Code of Ethics," be amended as appended below in Related Documents.
