2.1 THEREFORE BE IT MOVED that the University Senate approves the addition of the following ex officio seats to the Academic Council:

• Senate Vice President
• University Registrar or designee
• Dean of Graduate School or designee
• Vice President of Undergraduate Education

2.2 BE IT FURTHER MOVED  that the Senate approves authorizing technical changes to be made as position titles are revised to maintain clarity and up-to-date information on the UO Senate website.
