[Purpose of Motion: To amend the bylaws to expand the duties of the Immediate Past President to include co-chairing the Committee on Committees.

Synopsis: A new section shall be inserted into Section 4 of the bylaws appointing the Immediate Past President as co-chair of the Committee on Committees. The duties of the Senate Vice President in Section 4.2.1 shall be amended to reflect that the Senate Vice President shall become the co-chair of the Committee on Committees rather than the chair. Section 5.4 shall be amended to reflect the change from being chaired by the Vice President to being co-chaired by the Vice President and the Immediate Past President.]
