1.1  WHEREAS The Interinstitutional Faculty Senate is a crucial partner in shared governance in the State of Oregon.

1.2  WHEREAS It is crucial that interested faculty from across campus are able to serve on this important body, and that membership on the body not be restricted to UO Senate membership.

Section II

2.1 THEREFORE BE IT MOVED that the University Senate approves the changes to UO Senate Bylaws Article 8 as outlined in the related document.
