Section I

1.1 WHEREAS the Committee on Oversight and Shared Governance is charged with overseeing and maintaining the functioning and processes of its various committees; and 

1.2 WHEREAS the Committee on Shared Governance, in collaboration with UO Senate leadership, has completed a review of its charge and determined that revisions are necessary to update the charge to reflect its current practices;

Section II

2.1 THEREFORE BE IT MOVED that the UO Senate approves the revisions to the charge of the Committee on Oversight and Shared Governance as outlined in the related document.
