Formation of the Academic Modification Advisory Committee

Motion

Section I

1.1 Whereas it is crucial that the University of Oregon Senate has a committee of elected representative members to provide significant input to significant academic changes

1.2 Whereas the Academic Modification Advisory Committee (AMAC) will provide an organized representative and qualified group of Senators to provide administrators both confidential and public feedback to potential significant changes to the UO curriculum. 

Section II

2.1 Therefore the University of Oregon Senate establishes the AMAC as a University of Oregon Senate Committee described by the procedures detailed in the attached document.
